Poha Pakoda
I bring to you a different yet easy type of Pakoda - Poha Pakoda. This is a Monsoon Special recipe for it's crispy & chatakedaar taste. It is a very simple recipe with all ingredients easily found in an Indian kitchen. It is a savoury dish which is normally served with Mint Chutney. Pakodas are basically available on the streets of Mumbai which makes Pakodas a best fit for the Mumbai street food category.

- Now, add Water slowly in the mixed ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Now, add Baking Soda.
- Now, add 1 tsp of hot Oil from the pan into the batter to activate the Baking Soda. Give it a mix.
