No Milk, Instant Mango Ice-Cream

Summer season is all about Mangoes & how can there be a Mango recipe without Mango Ice-Cream, it can't. So let's learn this easy-to-make Mango Ice-Cream recipe. You can make this within 5 minutes except the freezing time obviously. And the best part about this recipe is that you can make it during any time of the year if you have stored Mango Pulp with you. So each day can be a Mango Day & you wouldn't have to wait for the summers to have your favourite fruit - Mango 😉

What you'll need:

  1. Mango Pulp - 1 cup
  2. Milk Cream (Malai) - 1 cup (Tip: For better results, whip the Milk Cream first & then use it for making ice-cream)
  3. Sugar - ½ cup
  4. Milk Powder - 4 tbsp

How to make?

  • Firstly, churn all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer.
  • Then, transfer the churned mixture in an airtight container, cover it with a cling wrap/silver foil to avoid ice formation & cover this container with a lid.
  • Then, let this container sit in the freezer for 11-12 hours or until the ice-cream is set.
  • Finally, your Mango Ice-Cream is ready to be served.
