What you'll need:

  1. Black Jaggery (Desi Gud) - Less than ½ cup
  2. Water - 4 to 5 cups
  3. Mint Leaves (Pudina) - 1 tbsp (10-15 Leaves)
  4. Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
  5. Black Salt (Rock Salt) - ½ tsp
  6. Ice Cubes - 4 to 5

How to make?

  • Firstly, soak Jaggery in water for 5 minutes.
  • Now, take a mixer jar, put the above Jaggery & water mixture in it & churn a little.
  • Now, add Ice Cubes, chopped Mint Leaves & Lemon Juice & churn once again.
  • Now, add Black Salt & churn a little.
  • Now, taking a serving glass, add 1 to 2 Ice Cubes in it & filter the prepared Juice in it.
  • Finally, your Sugarcane Juice without Sugarcane is ready to served chilled.
