Triple Layer Valentine's Dessert
What you'll need: For Red Layer - - Cherries/Strawberries/Red Grapes (finely chopped) - 3 to 4
- Strawberry Crush - 20 ml
- Sugar Syrup - 2 tbsp
- Agar-Agar (Gelatin) - 3 tsp (dissolved in ½ cup Water)
For White Layer - - Melted White Chocolate - 4 tbsp
- Whipped Cream - 8 tbsp
- Milk - 2 tbsp
Tip: If Whipped Cream is not available, you can use 8 tbsp Hung Curd mixed with 2 tbsp of Powdered Sugar & Melted White Chocolate. No need to add Milk if you are using Hung Curd instead of Whipped Cream. For Brown Layer -- Melted Milk Chocolate - 4 tbsp
- Whipped Cream - 8 tbsp
- Milk - 2 tbsp

For Garnishing - - Whipped Cream - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Cherries/Strawberries/Red Grapes - 2
How to make?- Firstly, take a pan, heat it on a low flame & prepare Red Layer by mixing all the Red Layer ingredients. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame while continuously stirring it.
- Then, turn off the flame & let it cool a little.
- Then, transfer this Red Layer mixture into a serving glass. Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare White Layer by mixing all the White Layer ingredients well.
- Now, take out the serving glasses from the fridge, pour this White Layer over the Red Layer & let it set in fridge for another 10 minutes.
- Similarly, prepare the Brown Layer by mixing all the Brown Layer ingredients well.
- Again, take out the serving glasses from the fridge, pour this Brown Layer over the White Layer & let it set in fridge for another 10 minutes.
- Then, garnish your Dessert with Whipped Cream & Cherries/Strawberries/Red Grapes as shown in the picture above.
- Finally, your Valentine's Dessert is ready to be served.
