Sindhi Bhori/Sweet Roti Crumble
Sindhi people prefer having this as their breakfast. They mostly have it during winters cause it contains Pure Ghee which is good for bones & provides good nourishment which our body needs during winters. This recipe is best served with Papad.
What you'll need: For Dough -- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Pure Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Water - As per requirement
For Crumble (Churri) - - Pure Ghee (melted) - 4 tbsp
- Sugar - As per requirement
How to make?- Firstly, make a paratha like dough using Dough ingredients mentioned above.
- Now, for the Crumble (Churri), take melted Pure Ghee in a bowl & add Sugar in it & keep aside.
- Now, heat the Tawa, divide the dough in equal portions & make Rotis using Rolling Pin & Board (Chakla Belan).
- Now, take 1 Roti & cook it properly from both the sides.
- Now, take this cooked Roti on the Board (Chakla), fold it & crush it with the help of Rolling Pin (Belan).
- Now, further crush it into smaller pieces with the help of hand & put it in melted Pure Ghee & Sugar bowl.
- Similarly, cook the remaining Rotis, crush them & put them in melted Pure Ghee & Sugar bowl.
- Now, with the help of hand, mix everything well so it is in the form of crumble (churri).
- Now, heat this bowl on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, your Sindhi Bhori is ready to be served hot.
Tip: If you want to have it after sometime, heat it on low flame for 3-4 minutes before serving.
