Sugar-free Carrot & Apple Detox Smoothie
What you'll need:- Boiled Carrot - 1 (Roughly chopped)
- Orange Slices - 1 cup
- Apples - 2 (Peeled/without skin, roughly chopped)
- Fresh Yellow Turmeric - 1½ inch piece (Peeled/without skin, roughly chopped)
- Water - ½ glass
How to make?- Firstly, take a mixer jar & blend Apples, Turmeric & Carrot using little water.
- Then, add Orange slices, remaining water & blend all this once again carefully, taking care that Orange seeds are not crushed.
- Now, filter the above mixture in a serving glass & garnish it with Orange slice as shown in the picture above.
- Finally, your Detox smoothie is ready to be served.
*Makes 2 glasses
Tip: If you like your smoothie to be sweet, you can add 1 tsp Sugar. I've skipped adding Sugar because Apples & Carrots are already sweet.
