Sugar-free Carrot & Apple Detox Smoothie (Winter Special)

 

Sugar-free Carrot & Apple Detox Smoothie

What you'll need:

  1. Boiled Carrot - 1 (Roughly chopped)
  2. Orange Slices - 1 cup
  3. Apples - 2 (Peeled/without skin, roughly chopped)
  4. Fresh Yellow Turmeric - 1½ inch piece (Peeled/without skin, roughly chopped)
  5. Water - ½ glass

How to make?

  • Firstly, take a mixer jar & blend Apples, Turmeric & Carrot using little water.
  • Then, add Orange slices, remaining water & blend all this once again carefully, taking care that Orange seeds are not crushed.
  • Now, filter the above mixture in a serving glass & garnish it with Orange slice as shown in the picture above.
  • Finally, your Detox smoothie is ready to be served.
*Makes 2 glasses

Tip: If you like your smoothie to be sweet, you can add 1 tsp Sugar. I've skipped adding Sugar because Apples & Carrots are already sweet.
