Stuffed Achari Paratha

What you'll need:

 For Dough - 

  1. Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  2. Oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Red Chilly Powder - ½ tsp
  4. Salt - As per taste
  5. Water - As needed

 For Stuffing -

  1. Roasted Besan - 2 tbsp
  2. Salt - ½ tsp
  3. Red Chilly Powder - ¼ tsp
  4. Amchur Powder (Dried Mango Powder) - ½ tsp
  5. Roasted Cumin Powder (Roasted Jeera Powder) - ½ tsp
  6. Mix Veg Achaar - 1 tsp
  7. Red Garlic Chutney - 1 tsp

 For Red Garlic Chutney - 

  1. Garlic Pods - 3 to 4
  2. Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
  3. Salt - A pinch
  4. Water - 1 tsp
  5. Oil - 5 to 6 drops

How to make?

  • Firstly, make the dough with all above ingredients for the dough.
  • Now, make Red Garlic Chutney by grinding all the above ingredients for Red Garlic Chutney.
  • Now, prepare the stuffing with all above ingredients for stuffing.
  • Now, divide the dough in 6 equal parts.
  • Now, take rolling pin and board (Chakla Belan) & sprinkle some Wheat Flour on the board, take 1 part of dough and make round Roti out of it, apply little oil all over & spread stuffing all over the Roti & fold it carefully to make a round ball so that stuffing does not come out & now once again make a Roti of medium thickness out of this ball slowly so that stuffing does not come out. Repeat the same with other 5 parts.
  • Now, roast all the 6 rotis on a tava on low to medium flame by applying oil on each side.
  • Finally, your Stuffed Aachari Paratha is ready to be served with Curd/Aachar/Sauce/Chutney of your choice.
