Hat Sweet (Diwali Special)
What you'll need:- Milk Powder - 1 cup
- Pure Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder - A pinch
For Sugar Syrup -- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Water - ½ cup
For Garnishing -- Silver Balls - 1 tsp
- Rose Petals
How to make?- Firstly, prepare the sticky Sugar Syrup with the help of above mentioned ingredients for Sugar Syrup on low to medium flame.
- Now, in a bowl add Milk Powder, Pure Ghee & Cardamom Powder & mix properly with your hand to form a smooth dough.
- Now, add this mixture to Sugar Syrup & cook for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring continuously till the mixture is dry or till the mixture leaves the sides of pan.
- Now, take a small portion of the mixture in your finger tips & check if you can make a ball out of it without the mixture sticking on your fingers. Once you can make a small ball out of it, your mixture is ready.
- Now, transfer the mixture into a greased tray.
- Now, it's time to give shape to your sweet. Give Hat shape to your sweet mixture with your hands.
- Now, garnish your Hat Sweet with Silver Balls & place a Rose Petal on the rim of each Hat.
- Finally, your Hat Sweet is ready to be served.
