Guava Blast Drink

What you'll need:

  1. Big ripe Guava - 1  (cut into quarters) (Tip: Your Guava shouldn't be too soft or too hard, choose a one that is medium)
  2. Sugar - 1 to 2 tbsp
  3. Lemon Juice (of 2 Lemons)
  4. Black Salt - 1 tsp
  5. Roasted Cumin Seed Powder (Roasted Jeera Powder) - 1 tsp
  6. Mint Leaves (Pudina Leaves) - 4 to 5 (Optional)

 For Garnishing -

  1. Lemon Slice
  2. Mint Sprig (Pudina Sprig)

How to make?

  • Firstly, in a mixer jar, blend Guava, Sugar & Lemon Juice on low speed at the interval of 1-1 minute to obtain pulp & be careful so that the seeds are not crushed.
  • Now, strain the above pulp with the help of strainer with big holes so that the seeds are separated easily (Tip: You can store this pulp in deep freezer in an airtight container for 1 year).
  • Now, for making the drink, take 2 tbsp of the above prepared pulp in a mixer jar & add Black Salt, roasted Jeera Powder, Mint Leaves & Water & blend everything well to get medium thick juice.
  • Now, take a serving glass, dip the rim of the glass in Lemon Juice first & then in Black Salt.
  • Now, transfer the above prepared Juice in the serving glass & garnish it with Lemon Slice & Mint Sprig.
  • Finally, your tasty Guava Blast is ready to be served.
