Red Velvet Kebab

What you'll need:

  1. Boiled Potatoes - 2 
  2. Grated Carrot - 1
  3. Grated Boiled Beetroot - 1 small
  4. Finely Chopped Green Capsicum - 1 small
  5. Finely Chopped French Beans - 5 to 6 pieces
  6. Green Chilly Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  7. Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
  8. Bread Crumbs - 4 tbsp (Tip: If Bread Crumbs are not available, you can use fresh Slice Bread/Pav)
  9. Chaat Masala  - As per taste
  10. Salt - As per taste
  11. Oil for shallow frying

How to make?

  • Firstly, mix all the above ingredients properly except Oil.
  • Now, divide the mixture into equal parts & give round shape of ½ inch thickness to each part. (Refer the picture above)
  • Now, your Kebabs are ready. 
  • Now, take a flat bottom pan, put some oil on it & shallow fry both sides of the Kebabs till crispy.
  • Finally, your Red Velvet Kebabs are ready to be served with Chutney/Sauce of your choice.
