Panchratna Prasad (Navratri Special)

I've named this Prasad as 'Panchratna' because it is made using 5 ingredients which are loved by Devi Maa. This is very easy to make & is made using ingredients which are easily available at home. It takes only 5 minutes to make this Prasad.

What you'll need:

  1. Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus) - 2 tbsp
  2. Cardamom with skin - 5
  3. Grated Dry Coconut - ½ cup
  4. Dry Dates Pieces - 2 tbsp
  5. Rock Sugar (Mishri) - 2 tbsp

How to make?

  • Firstly, roast Poppy Seeds & Cardamom for a minute on low flame & transfer in a bowl & keep it aside.
  • Now, in same pan roast Grated Dry Coconut for 2 minutes & transfer it in another bowl & keep it aside.
  • Now, roast Dry dates Pieces for a minute & keep it aside.
  • Now, take a mixer and churn Poppy Seeds and Cardamom first, then add roasted Dry Dates pieces & churn again.
  • Now, add roasted Dry Coconut & churn for a minute once again.
  • Now, add Mishri & churn.
  • Finally, your Panchratna Prasad is ready to be offered to Devi Maa.
Shelf Life - 10 to 15 days at room temperature & 20 to 25 days in fridge
