Panchratna Prasad (Navratri Special)
I've named this Prasad as 'Panchratna' because it is made using 5 ingredients which are loved by Devi Maa. This is very easy to make & is made using ingredients which are easily available at home. It takes only 5 minutes to make this Prasad. What you'll need:- Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus) - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom with skin - 5
- Grated Dry Coconut - ½ cup
- Dry Dates Pieces - 2 tbsp
- Rock Sugar (Mishri) - 2 tbsp
How to make?- Firstly, roast Poppy Seeds & Cardamom for a minute on low flame & transfer in a bowl & keep it aside.
- Now, in same pan roast Grated Dry Coconut for 2 minutes & transfer it in another bowl & keep it aside.
- Now, roast Dry dates Pieces for a minute & keep it aside.
- Now, take a mixer and churn Poppy Seeds and Cardamom first, then add roasted Dry Dates pieces & churn again.
- Now, add roasted Dry Coconut & churn for a minute once again.
- Now, add Mishri & churn.
- Finally, your Panchratna Prasad is ready to be offered to Devi Maa.
