- Firstly, make a soft chapati like dough with the help of all the ingredients mentioned above except Makai Atta. Cover it with a lid & let it rest for half an hour in a warm place.
- After half an hour, divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Now, take rolling pin & board (Chakla Belan) & sprinkle some Makai Atta on the board. Take 1 part & make a medium-thick roti out of it & using a fork, make dots all over it. Repeat the same with other 3 parts.
- Now, cook all the 4 rotis on a Tawa on low to medium flame, 2 minutes each side.
- Finally, your Thin Pizza Crust (Pizza Base) is ready.
Tip: Do not overcook. Keep the flame low to medium, otherwise it will turn brown.
