Leftover Roti Cone

What you'll need: 

  1. Leftover Rotis - 2
  2. Green Chutney - 2 tbsp
  3. Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  4. Oil for Frying
(Tip: I have used Green Chutney & Tomato Ketchup combination but you can use any other combination of your choice)

 For Filling -
  1. Boiled Potatoes (Medium) - 2 (Or any other Filling of your choice)
 For Slurry -
  1. All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp
  2. Water - 3 to 4 tbsp
 For Garnishing -
  1. Nylon Sev - 2 tbsp
  2. Coriander Leaves

How to make?

(Refer the video attached below)
  • Firstly, take a Roti & cut it in 4 parts. Repeat the same with other Roti.
  • Now, make 8 cones out of each of the 8 parts (Refer video below)
  • Now, fill each of the cones with Potato Filling. Then dip the top part of each cone in the Maida Slurry.
  • Now, deep fry all the cones on medium-high flame.
  • Now, dip top part of all the cones in Green Chutney first then in Tomato Ketchup.
  • Finally, garnish top part of each cone with Nylon Sev & Coriander Leaves.
  • Your Leftover Roti Cone is ready to be served with Green Chutney & Tomato Ketchup.
