| Pinwheel Sandwich |
This is a very tasty as well as tangy snack which can be enjoyed by persons of any age. But, kids will be more attracted towards this dish cause it's not only tasty but also looks appealing at the same time. You can have this snack with tea in the evenings or as breakfast in the mornings.
What you'll need:
- Slice Bread (White/Brown) - 3 slices
- Green Chutney - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup/Schezwan Chutney - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
How to make?
- Firstly, trim the sides of bread.
- Now, flatten it a little with the help of rolling pin & board (Chakla Belan) to make each slice thinner.
- Now, apply butter on one side of a bread slice & then keep ¼ part of another bread slice on it & press a little to stick it to the buttered bread slice. Similarly, stick 3rd bread slice to the 2nd one.
- Now, apply butter on all the bread slices evenly.
- Now, apply Green Chutney & Tomato Ketchup/Schezwan Chutney on the bread as shown in the picture below.
- Now, make a tight roll & wrap this roll in cling wrap/silver foil & refrigerate it for 20-30 minutes.
- Finally, take out the roll, cut it in round pieces of ½ inch thickness & serve.
- Your sandwich is ready to be served.
