Maggi Pakoda is a monsoon time snack which can be best enjoyed on a rainy evening with tea. It is very crunchy & crispy from outside and equally soft from the inside.
What you'll need:
Maggi - 2 packs
Maggi Masala - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Finely chopped Cabbage -2 tbsp
Finely chopped Carrot - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Capsicum - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Green Chilly - 1
Butter - 1 tsp
Red Chilly Flakes / Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Italian Seasoning / Pizza Seasoning / Oregano - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Grated Cheese / Cheese Slices / Paneer - 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 5 tbsp
Crushed Maggi for coating
Oil for frying
For Slurry:
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Water - ½ cup + 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
How to make?
Mix all the above ingredients except crushed maggi & oil & make a medium soft dough.
Grease square plate with oil & spread the dough on it & deep freeze the mix for 5 minutes.
Then cut the mix into squares of 1½ - 2 inches.
Then dip each square in all purpose flour slurry & then coat with crushed maggi & deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
