Veg Soya Keema Masala
Veg Soya Keema Masala is a traditional Sindhi recipe and a famous street food also. This delicious and rich Keema Masala is the vegeterian variation for Mutton Keema recipe. Rich and creamy Veg Soya Keema Masala tastes good with Rice, Roti or Pav. It is nutritious and healthy too. Must definitely try this amazing recipe!
What you'll need :
- Fine Soya Granules 1 cup (If fine soya granules are not available, then take big Soya chunks and grind them in a mixer)
- Finely chopped medium sized Onions - 2
- Tomatoes -3
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilly Paste
- ½ tsp Red Chilly Powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Dhaniya Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
How to make?
- Soak soya granules in little warm water (For 15 minutes max.). After 15 minutes, drain half the water & wash once again with water & keep it aside.
- Now, put oil in a cooker & saute onions till they turn dark brown. Then, add chopped tomatoes & add soya granules along with salt, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chilly powder, kashmiri red chilly powder & little water & let it cook till 3-4 whistles.
- Now, open the cooker when the pressure is released & put ginger garlic chilly paste & garam masala & cover the cooker with a lid for 2-3 minutes till the fragrance of ginger garlic chilly paste & garam masala is perfectly blended with the mixture. Then, saute & mix it properly on high flame for 2-3 minutes so that oil gets seperated.
- Now, add little water to make thick gravy & cook till 1 whistle & open the cooker when pressure is released.
- Now, garnish with coriander leaves and your veg soya keema masala is ready to be served.
- Best served with - Roti, Rice or Pav.
