- 300 grams Paneer (Cut into 1 inch square pieces of ½ inch thickness)
- 1 medium sized Capsicum (Cut into 1 inch square pieces)
- 1 medium sized Onion (Cut into 1 inch square pieces)
- Oil for cooking
- Chaat Masala & Coriander Leaves for garnishing
For Marination:
- 2 Tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
- ½ Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder (For colour)
- 1 Tsp Jeera Powder
- 1½ Tsp Garam Masala
- 1½ Tbsp Mustard Oil/Normal Cooking Oil
- 4 Tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
How to make?
- Firstly, marinate Paneer, Onions & Capsicum using above marination ingredients & keep it in the fridge for half an hour. Then take it out & shallow fry Paneer, Onions & Capsicum seperately on grill pan or normal tava.
OR
Cook it in Microwave at 200 Degree Celsius for 6-8 minutes.
OR
Put them in Skewers and shallow fry it.
- Then, garnish with some Chaat Masala & Coriander Leaves & serve hot with Green Chutney, Onion Rings & Lemon Slices.
Your tangy tikka is ready to be served!
